Frustrating

So I got the monthly call from my doctor, reporting about my progesterone. Well, it came back low this month. Which is SO frustrating, because according to my temperature chart, I ovulated. I really need help learning to read them and understanding what it really means. I thought I knew, but then how could my progesterone come back so low? AAAHHHHHHH! Luckily, hopefully, the specialist will be able to help me understand more. The appointment can not come fast enough.
