Young Family Reunion

Last night we got back from our Young Family Reunion. It was such a fun time! We loved getting to see all our family. Here is how our weekend went...
We left here Thursday afternoon. We got up to Tabernash about 5ish. After we got all settled and unloaded, we got dinner. Our family and the Sean Young family were in charge of dinner that night. So we ordered pizza and went down to Winter Park and picked it up. After we ate and got the kids down for the night, the adults just sat up and talked. Which is one of our family's favorite things to do when we all get together.
Friday we had breakfast and headed to Winter Park. We first played at a park while we waited for everyone to be ready to go to the alpine slide. We rode the alpine slide. Everyone but the Jeff Young's and mom and dad, Matt (who wasn't there yet) and grandma. All of us that rode had a kid with us because we have so many little kids in our family. I rode with Keelia and Hunter rode with Tommy. Well, first off, my sled didn't work. I couldn't get it to go. And then it started to rain. And we were told to get off the track the second it started to rain. But there were all these signs that said "Don't Get Off Here." So I kept waiting. Well, finally a worker jumped on the track and told us to get off. Well, long story short, we got hit. Some kids who weren't watching came speeding down and hit us when we were stopped. One of the kids (not ours) got hurt. But we had to walk down the mountain, in the rain. Needless to say, I don't ever need to do another alpine slide. :) But we did get our money back, so I guess that makes it worth it, right? After we got lunch and put the kids down, the guys were supposed to go golfing, but it was still pouring rain, so they didn't get to. So we all just hung out and tried to keep the kids entertained, being stuck inside. The Matt Young's and mom and dad were in charge of dinner, and we had big sub sandwiches from subway. After we got the kids down, the adults again, stayed up TOO late talking and just hanging out. But it was super fun!
Saturday morning, we all just kinda hung out. In the early afternoon, some of the guys took some of the kids fishing. And for lunch, all the girls got to have a girls outing. We looked at some model homes, walked around some shops, and had lunch. It was very fun. We are rarely all together, so it was fun to get to spend some time with all the girls without the kids. When we got back, the guys went on their golf outing. My dad didn't go because he didn't feel good, and Hunter didn't really want to, so he didn't go either. Instead, he and I snuck away and went fishing. My mom watched Keelia for us because it is SO hard to have us both fish when we have her. And we went to the ponds that we went to on our honeymoon, so it was fun for us. We were staying about 10 miles away from where we were on our honeymoon, so it was fun to be back there. Well, the Guellers and the Jeff Young's were in charge of dinner and we had KFC. After we got the kids asleep, we played one of our favorite games. It is a mix of charades and taboo. But it is super fun and we had a blast. Then some went to bed, and some stayed up talking again!
Sunday morning we had breakfast, packed, and started to clean the house. We borrowed it from Meagan's ward bishop. It was so nice of them to let us borrow it. We had such a fun time. I think we finally left the house at 3ish. We didn't get home until almost 6pm. We got dinner and tried to unpack.
Thanks Mom and Meagan for putting this all together! We had a really fun time and we look forward to the next time we can all be together!

Haha, the picture with me in it (on the deck) looks like I'm picking my nose.
